Shipping Policy
PACABA ships to most addresses within the United States. Depending on product availability, order quantity and warehouse location, orders ship from our U.S. warehouse or our international warehouse in China.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Order processing: 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed
- From our U.S. warehouse: usually 3-7 business days after shipment
- From our China warehouse: usually 7-15 business days after shipment, depending on customs clearance, destination and carrier
Large EAS security systems, bulk orders and custom products may need additional processing time or freight shipping. We will contact you if your order needs extra time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are based on product weight, package size, delivery address, warehouse location and shipping method. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Multiple Packages
If your items are stocked in different warehouses, your order may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking
We email tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. International tracking may update more slowly during customs clearance or carrier handoffs.
Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, import fees or brokerage fees may apply. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. PACABA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional costs or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
