Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and parts included. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at e-bit2877453115@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping cost.
  • All other returns (for example, ordered the wrong frequency or no longer needed): return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or a short video, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Warranty

  • Electronic equipment (security gates, deactivators/decoders, RFID readers and detectors) and magnetic detachers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If a unit fails under normal use, we will troubleshoot with you first and then repair or replace it.
  • Tags, labels and accessories found defective on arrival will be replaced free of charge when reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, power surges, water, accidents or unauthorized modification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Soft labels and other single-use items that have been opened or applied
  • Hard tags or accessories that have been used on merchandise
  • Custom or special-order products

Please confirm your system's frequency (58kHz AM, 8.2MHz RF or UHF RFID) before ordering. If you are unsure, email us and we will help you choose the right products.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at e-bit2877453115@outlook.com.
