Shipping Policy
Pacaba ships orders to most addresses within the United States. Depending on product availability, order quantity, and warehouse location, orders may be shipped from our U.S. warehouse or our international warehouse in China.
Most orders are processed within 1�? business days after payment confirmation. Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse usually arrive within 3�? business days after shipment. Orders shipped from our China warehouse usually arrive within 7�?5 business days after shipment, depending on customs clearance, destination, carrier service, and logistics conditions.
Large EAS anti-theft systems, bulk orders, or customized products may require additional processing time or freight shipping.
Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, package size, delivery address, warehouse location, and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages if products are stored in different warehouses. Customers may receive more than one tracking number.
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees may apply. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Pacaba is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional costs, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Please allow 24�?8 hours for tracking updates. For international shipments, tracking updates may take longer during customs clearance or transfer between logistics partners.
